The Surprising Science of Happiness

Wednesday, February 13, 2013

Hey you guys! See the title of my blog? Let's talk about that. I love reading/watching stuff about happiness. You never stop achieving it and it can always go deeper and stronger. No matter how great or terrible your life is, you can always seek happiness and enrich your life more.

Isn't that a wonderful, WONDERFUL thing?

Anyway, now that my addiction to TED talks was admitted in my last post, I feel like I share with you this great one. It's an oldie but a goodie, and if you've seen it, you should watch it again. Like that "Daily Affirmation" video on YouTube. You can't get sick of that girl.

Well, this talk by Dan Gilbert, the author of "Stumbling on Happiness." It's 21 minutes (worth it) and it's all about how we can be happy even we don't get things we want or if life doesn't go as planned. It's called The surprising science of happiness and you should watch it.

  1. BAM. So so so awesome! Thank you for sharing this. It's a good reminder. Oh how I love TED. Have you watched any of Eve Ensler's talks? They're all pretty amazing.
