A few things...

First of all, if you haven't headed over to Panache for the giveaway this week- you need to right now. I'm serious, open a new tab in your Internet this moment. I'm not joking- do it.
Right now.
... ... ... ... ... ... ... ...

I'm so excited to be featured as the giveaway this week! If you don't know- Panache does weekly giveaways on their blog and they are always awesome. Last week was a stinkin free pair of jeans. I hope you all enter :)

ALSO- I got happy mail this week! My very first month! There were so many great goodies that made my day so much better! When I picked up the package at the post office, I couldn't stop smiling. There's something about getting a package that you know was put together just for you. My favorite thing was probably a little flower chipboard notebook. It was so fun and happy! I also instantly knew what I wanted to do with it:

I'm so excited to make this my little art journal for the spring and summer! Scott and I have a lot of things coming up including trips to the grand canyon, San Francisco and Seattle. What a great place to dump some pictures and memories! Thanks Jamie! (if you haven't checked out Jamie's blog- do it. She always has stuff that inspires me)

I'm going to the Holi Festival of Colors this weekend in Spanish Fork Utah and I'm so excited! It's a Hindu celebration of spring where there's Indian food, a bon fire, music, and at one point, everyone throws colors into the air! It's going to be so fun and I'm banking on it being a restart button for my attitude towards school right now.

Speaking of colorful things, check out this blog. I love this site! I think we can all use a daily dose of hippie wisdom.

And one more thing. I need your advice!
I started a craft blog not too long ago, and I'm a having trouble keeping up on it. I was thinking that I could just make some buttons and links on THIS blog that would say like Apple Inspired Recipes, Apple Inspired Crafts, tutorials, etc. Move my etsy shop link over here and just get rid of that blog all together. Yes? No? Feedback people!

I think that's all for now. I have a mountain of homework that is drowning me and the weather outside hasn't been the greatest so I'm gonna go debate sleeping or fighting through.

Either way, Scott's taking me to the planetarium tonight because he's the best guy I know.

  2. I'm having the same dilemma with my blog. I want to make a new blog that's public and has different topics like cooking, crafts, etc. But if I use the pages feature then I can't customize each topic page the way I want. So I would need to make a new blog for each topic and link the blogs together and try to make it look like one blog and I'm going crazy! I don't know what I should do!
We should help each other figure this out!

I like to hear all of the beautiful things you have to say.
