Avenge date night.

Today, Scott took me on a day date. It was very Jr. Prom of him, but I didn't wear a formal.

We went to Cafe Rio and I was able to sneak my Diet Coke into the movie theatre when we went to see The Avengers.

I'm sure you've seen it.

Did you see all the prequel movies? I yawned through Captain America, and the 2008 Hulk but I surprisingly liked Thor. Everyone likes the Iron Man movies.

Anyway, watching all of those was worth it to be able to a.) know what was going on and b.) pick up on the inside jokes.

Also, I'm pretty sure this is the only movie that I have ever liked Scarlett Johansson's character. Also, I couldn't stop staring at her rear. You couldn't either. There may have been other rears in that movie that I noticed but I'm married and I don't want to come off embarrassing.
But okay, the movie was more than just the rears!

It was epic.
My favorite part was holding Scott's hand through the whole thing and sipping my contraband soda.

  1. You need to see Lost in Translation. I'll watch it with you so I can edit two bad parts and then it will only be PG-13. Because Scarlett Johansson (sp?) is AWESOME! She's a quiet twentysomething who wears hardly any makeup and every-day clothes and majored in philosophy and it's awesome.

  2. I never really like her characters either. The other day I watched her on Ellen and I decided that I don't like her in real life! Sad, because I wanted to. She just seems sarcastic and snobby. The Avengers was AWESOME though!

I like to hear all of the beautiful things you have to say.
